Parking at Little Bear Creek Tree Farm is very limited and the road into and out of the farm is a narrow single lane road. We MUST keep the road free from congestion to allow for emergency vehicles and local residents to pass.
Thanksgiving weekend and the next two weekends are very, very busy. To help you get parked, we have many parking attendants stationed at key spots along the road. They are in constant touch with each other by radio and are aware of what parking spaces are available. When traffic is heaviest, we will have a parking attendant at the entrance to Meadow Road near the P.G.& E. substation. This attendant knows what spaces are available based on size, group parking, special needs, etc.
We would like to ask that you be patient and follow the parking attendants directions. If you leave or enter the tree farm at the wrong moment, the resulting traffic jam will require a lot more time to undo than the time it would have taken to wait until the parking attendant gave you the o.k. to proceed. Customers with motor homes, trailers or groups of cars/trucks traveling together should check-in with the first parking attendant they see to make sure that we have room available.
The parking attendant's job is very difficult and we would like to thank-you in advance for your patience and courtesy as the attendants do their best to get you in and out as quickly as possible.
